We settled on an offer and here is a picture of our future home.  The kids elementary school is a block away and is scored at a 10 out of 10.  It also is a "collegiate preparatory focus school."  (never too early to start!)  heehee  

Besides the school, it has been totally remodeled and is ready to move in.  If all goes as planned, we will close on the 22nd!  We are very excited!  The kids can't wait to have their own bedroom, a backyard and a basement to play in.  I can't wait for them to play in the backyard, ride their bikes around the neighborhood and for them to walk to school.  Oh, and for football season, the light rail is just one mile away!  grin
